Garden Wall Plaques

In 2002, Gilchrist Hospice Care unveiled The Garden Wall, which is located adjacent to the courtyard at Gilchrist Center. It provides a unique and special opportunity to:

Create a lasting, loving memorial to someone dear to you
Honor a close friend whose life touched yours
Celebrate special occasions–weddings, birthdays, anniversaries
